UGent goes for events full of wonder and connection

Cool mate! The Oval Office has been UGent's structural partner for the organisation and communication of various internal and external events. Every year we provide a creative interpretation of the opening of the academic year, Dies Natalis, Alumnus of the Year, Alumni Day, New Year's Eve and the Happy Hour.

We think up a concept - we dare to think out of the box, completely in line with UGent's baseline - take on the entire organisation and work out a pre- and post-communication campaign. Both online and offline.
