Under the responsibility of the Creative Director, you will:

  • Design memorable communication projects for various clients, together with a copywriter. This could be for: brand campaigns, PR or social media activations, retail or drive to store animations, brand content, public, corporate or institutional events.
  • Oversee the artistic direction of each project and ensure its adaptation to different formats and media (film / digital / social / print / scenography...).
  • Select creative freelancers and production companies who will bring these concepts to life, like: production company/director, photographer, illustrator, graphic designer, scenographer & artists.
  • Ensure the follow-up of the production to guarantee the quality of execution and deadlines.
  • If necessary, present creative advice to clients.
  • Participate in the recruitment and supervision of junior and intern ADs.
  • Contribute to the influence of The Oval Office by participating in the agency's communication (video boxes, social networks & greetings) and by collaborating with the teams located in Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Propose regular campaigns to reach new clients or retain existing clients with creative ideas.
  • Ensure a creative eye to inspire the agency during monthly meetings.


  • You have worked for a communications agency at least 5 years and are experienced in competitions and production follow-up in 360 projects.
  • Your perfect formula for a quality creation is: an ambitious, innovative and impactful communication concept + fair and direct writing + relevant and polished art direction. 
  • You have a good advertising culture.
  • You are hyper versatile: film, print, digital, social, event, retail, PR, scenography, visual identity, motion, packaging. Diversity inspires you. 
  • You have a background in visual communication and have a great graphic and artistic sensitivity. You master typography, composition, chromy, visual identity, photography, video editing, illustration, scenography as well as the whole graphic chain. 
  • You are always up to date with the latest trends and you have a rich and eclectic general culture.
  • You maintain close ties with a network of various creative freelancers and production companies that you like to call on, depending on the project. 
  • You are demanding and rigorous and guarantee perfect execution.
  • Your colleagues fight to work with you. Your availability, good humor and kindness give them at least one reason to get up in the morning. 
  • You are a team player and enjoy working with others.
  • You are autonomous and like to take initiative and responsibility. 
  • You are a good teacher and have a taste for management.
  • You speak Adobe fluently: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign (After Effect or Premiere are great assets). 
  • Your English is good enough to collaborate with our European counterparts, to present and defend your ideas.
